🚨 Important Reminder: Closed Campus Begins Tomorrow 🚨
Dear Families,
Today was our last day of open campus. Beginning tomorrow morning, our campus will return to being a CLOSED CAMPUS. We appreciate your partnership as we make this transition and want to share a few important reminders about morning drop-off.

Today was our last day of open campus. Beginning tomorrow morning, our campus will return to being a CLOSED CAMPUS. We appreciate your partnership as we make this transition and want to share a few important reminders about morning drop-off.
🚗 Using the “Drive-Thru” Drop-Off
- Please remain in your vehicle and follow the designated flow of traffic.
- A staff member will come to your vehicle, open the door, and help your student safely exit.
- Please be patient and kind to our staff. We know mornings can be hectic and traffic can be frustrating, but our staff members are doing everything they can to keep your children, you, and themselves safe. They are there to help, and we ask that they be treated with kindness and respect.
Please park in a DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE before getting out. Stopping or parking in the middle of the parking lot or traffic flow is not a designated parking area and creates an unsafe situation for everyone.
🚶 Walking Your Student to the Gate
If you choose to walk your student to school, please remember that the gate is as far as families may go beginning tomorrow. This includes our TK families.
We know this transition can sometimes be harder on the grown-ups than it is on our kiddos! 💛 One of our goals is to help our students build confidence and independence, and we know from experience that they can do this! Our staff will be there to welcome them and help them get where they need to go.
Thank you for helping us keep arrival safe, smooth, and positive for everyone. We appreciate your patience, kindness, and partnership! 💙
📚 Back to School Night – This Thursday! 🍎
We’re excited to welcome our K–2 parents to Back to School Night this Thursday, August 20, from 6:00–7:00 PM!
đź“ŤÂ We will begin together in the MPR, where families will have an opportunity to meet our teachers and administration. After a brief introduction and welcome:
✨ Kindergarten & 1st Grade families will continue Back to School Night in their child’s classroom.
✨ 2nd Grade families will remain in the MPR.
Important Reminder: Back to School Night is a parent-only event. Childcare will not be available.
We understand that childcare may not be available for every family. If you are unable to attend, teachers will send all missed information through ParentSquare so you can stay informed.
We can’t wait to see you on Thursday and kick off a wonderful school year together! 💙📚
